Well, today is the birthday of a great man Steve Jobs (February 24, 1955). He would have been 57 years old today. And to celebrate his birthday, here are some interesting sites I found which were created by people who have idolized the man and Apple for all it's breakthrough technologies.
Stevenote.tv: A collection of Steve Jobs presentations created by Brazilian web designer Fabio Fiss. Based from the article by Anna Heim in thenextweb.com, "Stevenote.tv is a platform whose ambition is to gather every single Steve Jobs’ keynote – or as they are familiarly known, Stevenotes."
The Ultimate Steve Jobs Collection: Another good site for checking out videos related to Steve Jobs. It contains keynote presentations, interviews and documentaries. The collection in Chill was created by Scott Hurff, the Director of User Experience of the site.
The Agony and the Ecstasy of Steve Jobs: Created by Mike Daisey, the monologue examines globalization by exploring the exploitation of Chinese workers through the lens of
"the rise and fall and rise of Apple, industrial design, and the human
price we are willing to pay for our technology, woven together in a
complex narrative" (Source: Wikipedia). The monologue is already available on Daisey's blog but I have yet to read it though. This monologue is gaining some audience and I was able to read some articles about it from TUAW and Cult of Mac. I'm curious about the monologue's contents and it might be worth to share to the viewers of my blog.
I was also about to share the timeline created by someone in Facebook. I have read it in TUAW last Wednesday but as of today, it has been removed already. I was not able to view its contents but based from the article, it has lots of pictures posted about Steve Jobs.
I hope you enjoy some of the sites I have shared in this post.
