I've been having a great time with my iPad mini since I got it last week. Here are just some of the reasons why I find it a great investment.
Books, Comics and Magazines

| The mini to replace my book collection |
The first reason I want to have an iPad is because I want to have an ebook reader. I confess that I read a lot of books and magazines. I have collected a couple of them already and space is becoming an issue. They also just collect dust outside my cabinet. Another thing that started to come back is my interest in reading comics. I have a few collection when I was a kid but I lost all of them now. I totally love the drawings and its just amazing on the iPad mini. Magazines also display nice on it.
Aside from iBooks, I use other applications to get content on my iPad mini. Even though I need to create separate logins on these applications I do not need to worry about separate purchases because all use my iTunes account. Here are a couple of applications that I use for getting books, comics and magazines.

Applications
The App Store boasts millions of applications and its more diverse now than ever. Now the second reason I want an iPad mini is because of the applications. There are just other applications better on the iPad than the smaller screen of an iPhone or iPod Touch. One of the category I just love using on the iPad mini is Games. I have a lot of games on my iPhone and installing/playing universal applications on my iPad mini is better. Photography, video and social networking applications all look great on the iPad mini. Here are some suggested applications for you to download.
Blogging
My blog will be turning two this year and I've been thinking a couple of creative ideas for it. It's been a turning point for my blog last year having its own domain and updating the look and theme of the site. Having an iPad mini inspires me more to write which originally started on my Mac. I have yet to find a good application though for blogging on the mini. Some of my criteria for a good blogging platform include the ability to write offline and post it when I connect to a network. Another thing that I really want is the ability to adjust the positions of the pictures that I use on my posts. For now, I use Google's Blogger or launch the application in Safari.
Miscellaneous stuff
Other stuffs that I love about the iPad mini include its lightness, portability and design. The screen was compromised not having a retina display but I'm just fine with it. This device is highly recommended!

apple iphone cases, although there are a few really mini iphone specific add-ons in which create totally new performance towards apple iphone.
