Dave Grohl did it again. Foo Fighters fans don't fret as this seventh studio album from the band is absolutely one of their finest. Featuring eleven tracks, the album opens with an ear busting song Bridge Burning. Just listen to the drummer hammer his sticks. You'll keep stomping your feet on this song from start to finish.
Enough said, you won't go wrong on this album. I personally like this than their former albums Echoes, Silence, Patience and Grace and In Your Honor where the band showed their lighter side. In Your Honor was a 2-cd album where the second cd played acoustic songs. Wasting Light showcases Foo Fighters going back to its roots – heavy and all rock 'n roll. I'll give this album 5/5 stars.
Hope to watch this guys play in Lollapalooza – August 7, Chicago, IL.
Fact: This album debuted at #1 in twelve countries, 235,000 sold domestically in the first week as their seventh installment becomes the first FF album to debut #1 in the U.S.
