The freebie from iTunes today comes from Sega. Sonic Jump is currently free via the 12 Days of Gifts application and you can also download it directly from this link. Sonic Jump is pretty similar to Doodle Jump and Mega Jump so you'll be pretty much familiar with it if you have played these games already. Check out these pictures also taken from iTunes.
