As reported by AllThingsD last August 6, Yahoo! is planning to launch a new logo for the tech company. The new logo will be unveiled on September 5. To turn up the hype a little, Yahoo! is presenting different logos on their homepage everyday until the big reveal in September. Based from their Tumblr page, Yahoo! will still keep "the color purple, their iconic exclamation point and the famous yodel." I'll be updating this post everyday to show the Yahoo! logo of the day. I've been closely monitoring Yahoo! ever since Marissa Mayer took over the company as CEO last year. I'm looking forward to the new logo on September 5.
