A few weeks back, I wrote a post about generating money for your blog. You can read on the article here. I just created an account in Nuffnang then and was reading a book on monetizing your blog -- How To Make Money With Your Blog. The book was really inspiring and I got great tips there on how I can generate income for my blog, platforms I can use in blogging, maintaining my blog, instructions on how I can have my blog at least be known to other people and many more.
But another motivation came just this week when my application for Google AdSense got approved. I applied for Google AdSense when I started this blog in April this year. Approval was not easy and I think it took me 5 to 6 times resubmitting my application. Basically I got two reasons for denial. Here are Google's reasons:

How to work on this: I have read some articles that to go about this issue, a blogger of non-US residency must write posts on a regular basis for a period of six months. If you're in the US, there's a high probability that you'll have your application approved right away.

or under construction. We require websites to be launched and navigable
before being considered for AdSense. Your site must also contain enough
content for our specialists to review, and to display relevant ads.
Once the majority of your site is complete and functional, we'll be

How to work on this: Now for this issue, you have to work on how you display the blog archives on your page. Before this denial from AdSense, I use to display my blog archives on a monthly basis. But searching some articles again, it turns out that it would be better if I arrange the archives on a weekly basis instead.
These are the only reasons I got from Google for denying my AdSense application. There are other suggestions for fixing these that you can find online but the one's I shared worked great for me. Again, to emphasize, you really need to write articles and generate content for your blog. This way, there's a great chance that your AdSense application will get approved and readers and followers will come to your blog.
