Apple fans all over the world celebrate October 14 as Steve Jobs day. Steve Jobs Day has an official site and quoting it...
"We launched this project on September 23, 2011 as a thank you to a man whose work has impacted so many lives. In light of his recent passing, we hope that Steve Jobs Day will be celebrated as a tribute to his life and the legacy he leaves behind."
Here in Manila a similar occasion will be held today to pay tribute to the man who has changed technology in a big way. The Philippine Macintosh Users Group (PhilMUG) organized the event and will be holding the celebration at the Rockwell Tent in Makati.
