iOS 6.0: My likes and dislikes after upgrading

Its been a few days already since I've upgraded my iPhone 4S to iOS 6.0, the latest operating system of Apple on their iPhones, iPads and iPod Touches. For this post, let me share my likes as well as dislikes after upgrading.

Likes

1. Facebook integration - iOS 5.0 introduced Twitter integration and it took almost a year for Facebook to integrate in iOS devices with the release of iOS 6.0. This means that you can readily share almost anything on your device like wall post and pictures even without opening the Facebook application.

2. Reading List in Safari enabled for offline reading - its been a while since this was introduced even when some applications on the App Store offer it already. Since this is also available on Safari on the Mac, I can continue reading articles on my phone even without network connection.

3. Do Not Disturb - I enabled Do No Disturb and I used the default schedule between 10pm to 7am. It's nice to be sound asleep during the night.

4. New layout of the App Store and iTunes.

5. Updated Siri functionality for opening any application.

6. Panorama in the Camera app though I haven't used it yet.

7. Auto brightness that is very observable after the update, saves some battery life for my iPhone.

Dislikes

1. There is absolutely a bug on Auto Lock. The problem is intermittent, sometimes it works but most of the time it does not.

2. Maps - even though the new Maps application is not as detailed as Google's, I believe that it will improve over time.

Buendia LRT Station is not anywhere near EDSA

3. Assistive touch does not bounce back to its previous location.

Some more stuffs...
There are also some subtle changes that you may not have noticed. Let me share what I have seen so far.

1. Displaying of previous numbers used for sending SMS.

2. Color shade at the top of opened applications. Default iOS applications have this already but its yet to be implemented on third party apps.
