Last Monday, Clash of Clans had an update to the game and today, I got a message on my inbox that its 1-year old already. To celebrate its birthday, you can now boost all your resource collectors for one week for only one gem each until August 9. This is great since the usual number of gems to boost collection is 20. Those 20 gems are only good for boosting collection for 6 hours. What a treat! Boosting the collection of Elixir or Gold will double the rate of production so this is definitely good for farming. I've boosted all of my collectors now.
